By downloading or using ABC Tap Test (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- Guest progress is linked to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App. Create an account to keep it safe.
- We may suspend accounts that cheat, exploit bugs or abuse other players.
Virtual coins and items
- Coins, arenas and passes are a limited licence to use virtual items inside the App. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and follow their refund policies.
- We may change prices, items and in-game balance at any time.
Fair play
Do not use bots, modified clients or any tool that automates taps or alters scores. Leaderboard results achieved this way will be removed.
Availability
We work to keep the App available but may pause it for maintenance or updates. Features may change or be discontinued.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lime Light Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
